The Ultimate Crowd Pleaser

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ½ cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the crushed pineapple (with juice) evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  3. Spoon the cherry pie filling over the pineapple layer.
  4. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the fruit (do not stir).
  5. Top with coconut and chopped nuts.
  6. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

✨ Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
