Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- Β½ cup Greek yogurt
- β cup melted butter or oil
- 2 eggs
- Β½ cup brown sugar or honey

- 1 tsp baking soda
- Β½ tsp baking powder
- Β½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven
- Set oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Grease or line a loaf pan.
- Mix wet ingredients
- In a bowl, combine mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, melted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Combine
- Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- Stir in optional add-ins if using.
- Bake
- Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Bake 50β60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool
- Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
