
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 6–8 slices ham
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
- Spread mustard lightly (optional).
- Layer ham and cheese over half the pastry.
- Fold the pastry over and press edges to seal.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Cut into squares.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
