- 200 g cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 eggs (separated)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1 tbsp cornstarch

👨🍳 Instructions
1. Prep
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F)
- Line an 8-inch (20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper
2. Cream the base
- Beat cream cheese until smooth
- Add egg yolks and sugar → mix until creamy
- Mix in yogurt, milk, melted butter, and vanilla
3. Add dry ingredients
- Sift in flour, cornstarch, and salt
- Mix until smooth (batter will be thin)
4. Whip egg whites
- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form
- Gently fold into batter (don’t overmix)
5. Bake the magic
- Pour batter into pan
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in center
6. Cool & chill
- Let cool completely
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing
