🧾 Ingredients:

For the cake:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • Β½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Β½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup strawberry milk (or milk + strawberry syrup)
  • Β½ cup strawberry puree (fresh or frozen blended)

For the glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tablespoons strawberry milk
  • Β½ teaspoon vanilla

  1. Preheat oven to 160Β°C (325Β°F). Grease and flour a loaf or bundt pan.
  2. Cream butter & sugar
    Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–5 minutes).
  3. Add eggs
    Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla.
  4. Mix dry ingredients
    In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Combine
    Alternate adding dry ingredients and strawberry milk to the batter. Mix gently.
  6. Add strawberry flavor
    Fold in strawberry puree until evenly combined.
  7. Bake
    Pour into pan and bake for 60–70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool & glaze
    Let cool completely, then drizzle with strawberry glaze.
