For the cake:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- Β½ teaspoon baking powder
- Β½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup strawberry milk (or milk + strawberry syrup)
- Β½ cup strawberry puree (fresh or frozen blended)
For the glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2β3 tablespoons strawberry milk
- Β½ teaspoon vanilla

- Preheat oven to 160Β°C (325Β°F). Grease and flour a loaf or bundt pan.
- Cream butter & sugar
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 3β5 minutes). - Add eggs
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla. - Mix dry ingredients
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. - Combine
Alternate adding dry ingredients and strawberry milk to the batter. Mix gently. - Add strawberry flavor
Fold in strawberry puree until evenly combined. - Bake
Pour into pan and bake for 60β70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. - Cool & glaze
Let cool completely, then drizzle with strawberry glaze.
