Cream layer:
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Layers:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 pack graham crackers

- Make the cream filling
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the cake
- In a dish (8×8 or similar), add a layer of graham crackers.
- Spread a layer of cream mixture.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat layers (crackers → cream → strawberries) until used up.
- Finish with cream on top.
- Chill
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is best).
- The crackers soften into a cake-like texture.
- Serve
