Cream layer:

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Layers:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 pack graham crackers

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the cream filling
    • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  2. Layer the cake
    • In a dish (8×8 or similar), add a layer of graham crackers.
    • Spread a layer of cream mixture.
    • Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
    • Repeat layers (crackers → cream → strawberries) until used up.
    • Finish with cream on top.
  3. Chill
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is best).
    • The crackers soften into a cake-like texture.
  4. Serve
    • Slice and enjoy chilled for a cool, creamy bite 😍

  • Add a thin layer of strawberry jam between layers for extra flavor
  • Use chocolate graham crackers for a twist 🍫
  • Top with extra strawberries or crushed cookies before serving
