
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional for thickening)
- Chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Add butter and mushrooms; cook until mushrooms are tender.
- Stir in garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and black pepper; stir well.
- Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- If a thicker sauce is desired, add the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
