- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a baking pan to form the crust.
- Bake crust 10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest; mix until creamy.
- Pour mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake 15 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, refrigerate 2 hours, then cut into bars.
