
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- ½ cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the crushed pineapple (with juice) evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Spoon the cherry pie filling over the pineapple layer.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the fruit (do not stir).
- Top with coconut and chopped nuts.
- Drizzle melted butter evenly over the top.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
