🧁 Chocolate Muffins (Moist & Fluffy)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients—mix gently (don’t overmix).
  5. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  6. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Tips:

  • Don’t overmix → keeps muffins soft
  • Add a few chocolate chips on top before baking for a bakery look
  • For extra moist muffins, add 2 tbsp yogurt
