🥥 No-Sugar Creamy Coconut Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¼ cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or water)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp cocoa powder for chocolate flavor

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients
    In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, protein powder, and nut butter. Add vanilla and cocoa powder if using. Gradually mix in almond milk until the mixture is thick but moldable.
  2. Form balls
    Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls with your hands.
  3. Chill
    Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Enjoy
    Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Perfect for daily snacks or dessert.
