Instructions

In a bowl, combine shredded coconut, protein powder, and nut butter. Add vanilla and cocoa powder if using. Gradually mix in almond milk until the mixture is thick but moldable. - Form balls
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls with your hands. - Chill
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up. - Enjoy
