
Ingredients (makes 8 pancakes):
- 1 Β½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 Β½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 ΒΌ cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter (plus extra for cooking)
Optional toppings: Butter, maple syrup, berries, chocolate chips

1οΈβ£ Mix Dry Ingredients
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
2οΈβ£ Mix Wet Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
3οΈβ£ Combine
Pour wet ingredients into dry. Stir gently until just combined β lumps are okay!
4οΈβ£ Cook
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush lightly with butter.
Pour ΒΌ cup batter per pancake. Cook 2β3 minutes until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook another 2 minutes until golden.
5οΈβ£ Serve
Stack, add butter and syrup, and enjoy immediately!
