  • 4 boneless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for a kick)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

  1. Prep the Chicken:
    • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Cook:
    • Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Add Flavor:
    • Lower heat, add remaining butter, garlic, and chili flakes.
    • Sauté 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
    • Squeeze lemon juice over chicken and toss in the garlic butter.
  4. Serve:
    • Plate chicken, drizzle extra garlic butter from the pan.
    • Garnish with parsley.
    • Perfect with rice, pasta, or a fresh salad.
