๐Ÿ“ Ingredients

Layer 1 (Base):

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce (chopped)

Layer 2:

  • 1 can (15 oz) refried beans

Layer 3:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning

Layer 4:

  • 1 cup sour cream

Layer 5:

  • 1 cup guacamole (or mashed avocado with lime + salt)

Layer 6:

  • 1ยฝ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Layer 7 (Top):

  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • ยฝ cup sliced black olives
  • ยฝ cup chopped green onions

Optional toppings:

  • Crushed tortilla chips
  • Salsa
  • Jalapeรฑos ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions

  1. Cook the beef:
    • In a pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
    • Drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and a little water. Simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Start layering (in a large glass dish or bowl):
    • Layer chopped lettuce evenly at the bottom.
  3. Add layers in order:
    1. Refried beans (spread gently)
    2. Seasoned beef
    3. Sour cream
    4. Guacamole
    5. Shredded cheese
    6. Tomatoes, olives, and green onions
  4. Finish & serve:
    • Add crushed tortilla chips on top just before serving for crunch.
    • Chill for 30 minutes (optional but ะฒะบัƒัier ๐Ÿ˜‹).
