Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 small carrot, finely grated
  • 2–3 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Fold in grated carrot, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until creamy.
  4. Serve on bread, crackers, or as a dip for veggies.

💡 Tips:

  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving for better flavor.
  • Add a little lemon juice for freshness.
  • Can substitute parsley with dill or chives for a different flavor.
