Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup cabbage (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, carrots, cabbage, onion, and garlic.
  2. Add egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings. Mix well.
  3. Shape into small balls.
  4. Roll in extra breadcrumbs for a crispy coating.
  5. Heat oil and fry until golden brown.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Simple Sauce (for selling):

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
