
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup cabbage (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, carrots, cabbage, onion, and garlic.
- Add egg, breadcrumbs, and seasonings. Mix well.
- Shape into small balls.
- Roll in extra breadcrumbs for a crispy coating.
- Heat oil and fry until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
Simple Sauce (for selling):
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
