🛒 Ingredients:

  • 4–5 medium potatoes (sliced or diced)
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp oil or butter
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prep the Potatoes:

  • Peel (optional) and slice potatoes thin for faster cooking.
  • Rinse and pat dry (helps make them crispy).

2. Cook Potatoes:

  • Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add potatoes in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.

3. Add Onions:

  • Add sliced onions to the pan.
  • Cook together for another 5–7 minutes until onions are soft and slightly caramelized.

4. Season:

  • Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Stir well and cook 1–2 more minutes.

🍽️ Serve:

Serve hot as a side dish with eggs 🍳, meat 🥩, or even on its own!
