
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp milk
Filling:

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a rectangular tray with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs and sugar for 5–7 minutes until pale, thick, and fluffy.
- Add vanilla and milk, mix gently.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold carefully (don’t deflate batter).
- Spread batter evenly in the tray.
- Bake 10–12 minutes (don’t overbake).
- While warm, place on a towel dusted with sugar and roll it gently (with paper).
- Let it cool rolled—this helps shape it.
- Unroll, spread filling, then roll again tightly.
- Chill before slicing.
