Cheesecake pudding layer:

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups whipped cream (or whipped topping)

Layers:

  • 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafers (like Nilla Wafers)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Make the cheesecake pudding
    • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    • Add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
    • Stir in cold milk, pudding mix, and vanilla.
    • Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  2. Layer the dessert
    • In a trifle dish or baking dish, add a layer of wafers.
    • Add sliced bananas and strawberries.
    • Spread a layer of the cheesecake pudding mixture.
    • Repeat layers until everything is used, finishing with cream on top.
  3. Chill
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
    • The cookies soften into a cake-like texture.
  4. Serve
    • Top with extra strawberries, banana slices, or crushed wafers before serving 😍

  • Toss banana slices in a little lemon juice to prevent browning
  • Add strawberry jam between layers for extra flavor
  • Use a clear dish for a beautiful layered look
