🍯 Turmeric Ginger Lemon Honey Wellness Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp turmeric (fresh grated or powder)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (or ½ tsp ground ginger)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Warm the water
    Heat water until warm but not boiling.
  2. Mix ingredients
    Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, lemon juice, and honey to a cup.
  3. Stir well
    Pour the warm water over the mixture and stir until the honey dissolves.
