Wet ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- Β½ cup oil (vegetable oil)
Dry ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- ΒΌ cup cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder (important, not shown but needed)

- Blend wet ingredients
In a bowl, mix eggs + sugar + oil using a whisk or hand blender until smooth and slightly fluffy. - Mix dry ingredients
In another bowl, combine flour + cocoa powder + salt + baking powder. - Combine
Add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix until you get a smooth chocolate batter (donβt overmix). - Prepare pan
Pour the batter into a lined or greased 20Γ20 cm pan. - Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 25 minutes.

- Take it out just before itβs fully done (a slightly moist center = perfect texture).
