
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot coffee (or hot water)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180Β°C. Grease and line your cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Slowly add hot coffee and mix (batter will be thinβthis is normal).
- Pour into pan and bake 30β40 minutes.
- Cool completely before frosting.

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
- Melt butter and mix with cocoa.
- Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
- Beat until smooth and creamy.
