- 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Β½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2Β½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Β½ tsp salt
- 1Β½ cups chocolate chips
- 12β15 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

- Preheat oven
- 180Β°C (350Β°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter & sugars
- Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs & vanilla
- Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
- Dry ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
- Add the goodies
- Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Oreos.
- Scoop & bake
- Scoop dough balls onto the baking sheet (leave space between).
- Bake 10β12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
- Cool & enjoy
- Let cookies cool slightlyβtheyβll firm up but stay gooey inside π
π‘ Tips
- Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies
- Press extra Oreo chunks on top before baking for that bakery look
- Slightly underbake for ultra-soft centers
