  • 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Β½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2Β½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • 1Β½ cups chocolate chips
  • 12–15 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped

  1. Preheat oven
    • 180Β°C (350Β°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter & sugars
    • Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs & vanilla
    • Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  4. Dry ingredients
    • In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
    • Gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
  5. Add the goodies
    • Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Oreos.
  6. Scoop & bake
    • Scoop dough balls onto the baking sheet (leave space between).
    • Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
  7. Cool & enjoy
    • Let cookies cool slightlyβ€”they’ll firm up but stay gooey inside 😍

  • Chill the dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies
  • Press extra Oreo chunks on top before baking for that bakery look
