In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. - Cream butter and sugars
In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. - Combine wet and dry ingredients
Gradually mix in the flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chunks. - Scoop cookies
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart. - Bake
Bake for 9–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden but centers are still soft. - Cool
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
