- 3 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old, cold)
- 200 g shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 200 g smoked sausage, sliced (like kielbasa or similar)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2โ3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional but recommended)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
- Cook the shrimp
Heat a little oil in a pan or wok. Cook shrimp for 1โ2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside. - Brown the sausage
In the same pan, add sliced sausage and cook until nicely browned. Set aside with shrimp. - Scramble the eggs
Add a bit more oil if needed, pour in eggs, scramble quickly, and set aside. - Sautรฉ aromatics
Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. - Fry the rice
Add cold rice, breaking up clumps. Stir-fry for 3โ5 minutes. - Combine everything
Return shrimp, sausage, and eggs to the pan.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper. Mix well. - Finish
Drizzle sesame oil and toss in green onions. Stir for another minute.

- Day-old rice gives the best texture (not mushy).
- Add chili flakes or hot sauce if you like it spicy ๐ถ๏ธ
- You can toss in veggies like peas, carrots, or corn for extra color and nutrition.
