- 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
- 2 eggs
- ΒΌ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Β½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter (for cooking)
Optional toppings:

- Powdered sugar
- Extra icing (from the can)

- Prep the cinnamon rolls
- Open the can and separate the rolls.
- Cut each roll into 4β6 bite-sized pieces.
- Make the custard
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until combined.
- Coat the bites
- Dip each piece into the egg mixture, making sure theyβre lightly coated (not soaked).
- Cook
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the bites and cook 2β3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Finish & serve
- Drizzle with the included icing while warm.
- Add maple syrup or a dusting of powdered sugar.
