- 1 box banana cream instant pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers

- Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Cream butter and sugars
In a bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. - Add eggs and pudding mix
Mix in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and the dry banana pudding mix and beat until smooth. - Add dry ingredients
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. - Fold in extras
Gently mix in white chocolate chips and crushed vanilla wafers. - Scoop cookies
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. - Bake
Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden. - Cool
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack.
