- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice

- Cherry tomatoes (optional for decoration)

- Boil the eggs
Place eggs in a pot with water. Bring to a boil, then cook for 10 minutes. Cool them in cold water and peel. - Cut the eggs
Cut each egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. - Make the filling
In a bowl, mash the egg yolks. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy. - Fill the eggs
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. - Create the tulip look
Arrange the eggs on a plate. Add chives or green onions as stems and sprinkle paprika on top to look like flower centers. - Serve
