👩🍳 Instructions
- Cook the beef
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.
- Make the sauce
- In a bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Taste and adjust (more pickle = more tangy 😋).
- Warm the tortillas
- Heat briefly in a pan or microwave so they’re soft and easy to fold.
- Assemble the wraps
- Spread sauce on each tortilla.
- Add cooked beef, lettuce, cheese, onions, and pickles.
- Drizzle extra sauce on top.
- Wrap & serve
- Fold tightly like a burrito.
- Optional: toast in a pan for a crispy exterior.
💡 Tips
- Add sesame seeds on the wrap for that real “burger bun” vibe
- Use ground chicken or turkey for a lighter version
- Double the sauce—it’s the best part 😄
