🌯 Easy Homemade Big Mac Wraps

For the filling:

  • 500 g ground beef
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

For the sauce (Big Mac-style):

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped pickles or relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

For assembly:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • Sliced pickles

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook the beef
    • Heat a pan over medium heat.
    • Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
    • Cook until browned and crumbly. Drain excess fat.
  2. Make the sauce
    • In a bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickles, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
    • Taste and adjust (more pickle = more tangy 😋).
  3. Warm the tortillas
    • Heat briefly in a pan or microwave so they’re soft and easy to fold.
  4. Assemble the wraps
    • Spread sauce on each tortilla.
    • Add cooked beef, lettuce, cheese, onions, and pickles.
    • Drizzle extra sauce on top.
  5. Wrap & serve
    • Fold tightly like a burrito.
    • Optional: toast in a pan for a crispy exterior.

💡 Tips

  • Add sesame seeds on the wrap for that real “burger bun” vibe
  • Use ground chicken or turkey for a lighter version
  • Double the sauce—it’s the best part 😄
