A no-bake, layered dessert that’s creamy, sweet, and full of fresh strawberry flavor. Perfect for summer!


Ingredients

  • 1 pack (200–250g) graham crackers or Marie biscuits
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream or whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on sweetness of strawberries)
  • Strawberry puree or jam (optional, for extra flavor)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream
    • In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Layer the dessert
    • In a rectangular or square dish, spread a thin layer of cream on the bottom.
    • Place a layer of graham crackers or biscuits.
    • Spread a layer of cream over the biscuits, then add a layer of sliced strawberries.
    • Repeat layers until you reach the top, finishing with cream.
  3. Chill
    • Cover and refrigerate at least 4–6 hours, or overnight, so the biscuits soften and the dessert sets.
  4. Decorate
    • Top with fresh strawberries, a drizzle of strawberry puree, or chocolate shavings if desired.

Tips

  • For extra flavor, lightly dip biscuits in strawberry juice or milk before layering.
  • You can add a splash of lemon juice to the cream for a subtle tang.
  • Slice and serve chilled; it tastes even better the next day!
