Ingredients
- 1 pack (200β250g) graham crackers or Marie biscuits
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream or whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1β2 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on sweetness of strawberries)
- Strawberry puree or jam (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Prepare the cream
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Layer the dessert
- In a rectangular or square dish, spread a thin layer of cream on the bottom.
- Place a layer of graham crackers or biscuits.
- Spread a layer of cream over the biscuits, then add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Repeat layers until you reach the top, finishing with cream.
- Chill
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4β6 hours, or overnight, so the biscuits soften and the dessert sets.
- Decorate
- Top with fresh strawberries, a drizzle of strawberry puree, or chocolate shavings if desired.
Tips
- For extra flavor, lightly dip biscuits in strawberry juice or milk before layering.
