🧁 Ultramel Scones (Soft & Creamy)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup Ultramel Custard (any flavor: vanilla, caramel, etc.)
  • 1/3 cup milk (adjust if needed)
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. Rub in the butter until crumbly.
  4. Add the Ultramel, egg, and milk. Mix into a soft dough (don’t overmix).
  5. Roll out lightly and cut into rounds or triangles.
  6. Place on tray, brush with a little milk or egg.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.

Tips:

  • Don’t overwork the dough—this keeps them fluffy.
  • Serve warm with butter, jam, or extra custard 😋
  • You can add chocolate chips or raisins for extra flavor.
