
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup Ultramel Custard (any flavor: vanilla, caramel, etc.)
- 1/3 cup milk (adjust if needed)
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Rub in the butter until crumbly.
- Add the Ultramel, egg, and milk. Mix into a soft dough (don’t overmix).
- Roll out lightly and cut into rounds or triangles.
- Place on tray, brush with a little milk or egg.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.

- Don’t overwork the dough—this keeps them fluffy.
