🥧 Orange Creamsicle Pie (No-Bake)

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1 graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 box (85g) orange gelatin (like Jell-O)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 1 tub (225g) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 package (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest (optional, but boosts flavor)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Dissolve gelatin
    In a bowl, mix orange gelatin with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then add cold water. Let it cool (don’t let it set!).
  2. Make creamy base
    In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until creamy.
  3. Combine
    Slowly pour the cooled orange gelatin into the cream cheese mixture, mixing well.
  4. Fold in whipped topping
    Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Fill crust
    Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  6. Chill
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.

  • Extra whipped cream
  • Orange slices or zest
  • White chocolate shavings

💡 Tips:

  • For a stronger “creamsicle” taste, add a bit more vanilla.
  • Want it lighter? Use low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
