- ½ cup cold water
- 1 tub (225g) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 package (225g) cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon orange zest (optional, but boosts flavor)

- Dissolve gelatin
In a bowl, mix orange gelatin with boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then add cold water. Let it cool (don’t let it set!). - Make creamy base
In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until creamy. - Combine
Slowly pour the cooled orange gelatin into the cream cheese mixture, mixing well. - Fold in whipped topping
Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy. - Fill crust
Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. - Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until set.
