๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:

  • 200 g digestive biscuits (or any plain biscuits), roughly crushed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup peanuts or mixed nuts (optional, like in your picture)

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:

  1. Prepare the base
    • Crush the biscuits into chunks (not too fine).
    • Mix with nuts if using.
  2. Melt the chocolate
    • In a saucepan (low heat), melt butter + chocolate chips + condensed milk.
    • Stir until smooth and glossy.
    • Add vanilla if you like.
  3. Combine
    • Pour the melted chocolate over the biscuit mixture.
    • Mix well so everything is coated.
  4. Set in pan
    • Line a square pan with parchment paper.
    • Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
  5. Add topping
    • Melt extra chocolate and spread on top.
    • Sprinkle more nuts or chocolate pieces (like in your image).
  6. Chill
    • Refrigerate for at least 2โ€“3 hours until firm.
  7. Cut & serve
    • Slice into squares like in the picture.
