- Β½ cup crushed strawberry-flavored cookies or freeze-dried strawberries
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Optional coating:
- 1Β½ cups white chocolate chips (melted)

- Make the filling
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy.
- Form the bites
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Place on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze
- Freeze for 1β2 hours until firm (this makes coating easier).
- Prepare the crunch
- Mix crushed golden cookies, strawberry crumbs, and melted butter.
- Coat the bites
- Optional: Dip each frozen bite in melted white chocolate.
- Roll immediately in the strawberry crunch mixture to coat.
- Set & serve
- Let them set in the fridge until ready to serve.
