Dough (or use store-bought pizza dough):
- 2Β½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2ΒΌ tsp instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic butter:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Β½ tsp salt
Topping:
- 1Β½β2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ΒΌ cup grated parmesan cheese

- Make the dough (skip if using ready dough)
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil, knead until smooth (8β10 min).
- Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled.
- Preheat oven
- 220Β°C (425Β°F). Line a baking tray or use a pizza pan.
- Shape the base
- Roll dough into a rectangle (about 1β2 cm thick).
- Transfer to the tray.
- Prepare garlic butter
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Assemble
- Brush garlic butter generously over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly on top.
- Bake
- Bake 12β15 minutes until golden, bubbly, and slightly crispy on the edges.
- Slice into fingers
- Cut into strips and serve warm.
