  • 1 medium raw beet (peeled & chopped)
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger (about 2–3 cm)
  • 1 cup water (or coconut water)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Pinch of black pepper (optional, boosts absorption)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add beet, ginger, and water to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain (optional) or drink as is for more fiber.
  4. Stir in fresh lemon juice and honey.
  5. Add a pinch of black pepper if using.
