๐Ÿงพ Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber (sliced)
  • ยฝ red onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Fresh dill (optional but recommended ๐ŸŒฟ)

๐Ÿฅฃ Brine:

  • 1 cup vinegar (white or apple cider)
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions

  1. Prepare vegetables
    • Slice cucumber and onion
    • Leave tomatoes whole or cut in halves
  2. Make the brine
    • In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and garlic
    • Bring to a boil and stir until dissolved
  3. Fill jars
    • Add vegetables and dill into clean jars
  4. Pour brine
    • Carefully pour the hot liquid over the veggies until fully covered
  5. Seal & chill
    • Close jars and let cool
    • Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before eating

  • Tastes even better after 2โ€“3 days

  • Keep refrigerated and use within 1โ€“2 weeks
