- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- ยฝ red onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic
- Fresh dill (optional but recommended ๐ฟ)
๐ฅฃ Brine:
- 1 cup vinegar (white or apple cider)
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
- Prepare vegetables
- Slice cucumber and onion
- Leave tomatoes whole or cut in halves
- Make the brine
- In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and garlic
- Bring to a boil and stir until dissolved
- Fill jars
- Add vegetables and dill into clean jars
- Pour brine
- Carefully pour the hot liquid over the veggies until fully covered
- Seal & chill
- Close jars and let cool
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before eating

- Tastes even better after 2โ3 days
