🍫 Moist Blender Brownies (No Mixer)

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup (200g) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup (120ml) oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup (75g) cocoa powder
  • ½ cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional but recommended 😍)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
    180°C (350°F). Line or grease a small baking pan (8×8 inch).
  2. Blend wet ingredients
    In a blender, add eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add dry ingredients
    Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
    Blend briefly until just combined (don’t overblend).
  4. Add chocolate chips
    Stir them in by hand for extra gooey texture.
  5. Bake
    Pour into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes.
  6. Cool before cutting
    This keeps them moist and fudgy!

💡 Tips for Perfect Moist Brownies

  • Slightly underbake for a fudgy center 😉
  • Use good-quality cocoa powder
  • Add a pinch of coffee for deeper chocolate flavor ☕
  • Don’t overblend once flour is added
