๐ŸŽ Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Loaf

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:

For the loaf:

  • 1 ยฝ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ยฝ tsp baking soda
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ยฝ cup (115g) butter (softened)
  • ยพ cup (150g) sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ยฝ cup (120ml) milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ยฝ cups diced apples (peeled)

For cinnamon swirl:

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:

1. Prep

  • Preheat oven to 175ยฐC (350ยฐF).
  • Grease and line a loaf pan.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

3. Cream Butter & Sugar

  • Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.

4. Combine

  • Add dry ingredients in parts, alternating with milk.
  • Fold in diced apples gently.

5. Add Cinnamon Swirl

  • Pour half the batter into the pan.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
  • Add remaining batter and lightly swirl with a knife.

6. Bake

  • Bake for 45โ€“55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

7. Cool

  • Let cool before slicing for clean, beautiful pieces.

๐Ÿฏ Optional Glaze:

  • Mix ยฝ cup powdered sugar + 1โ€“2 tbsp milk + dash of vanilla
  • Drizzle over cooled loaf
