- 1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 3 ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 ¼ cups (300ml) milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
2. Mix Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
3. Combine (Don’t Overmix!)
- Pour wet into dry ingredients.
- Mix gently until just combined (small lumps are OK!).
👉 Overmixing = flat pancakes
4. Rest the Batter (Secret Step 🔥)
- Let batter rest for 5–10 minutes
👉 This makes pancakes extra fluffy!
5. Cook
- Heat a pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease.
- Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
- Cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.
