🥞 Best Fluffy Pancakes

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
  • 3 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 ¼ cups (300ml) milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.

3. Combine (Don’t Overmix!)

  • Pour wet into dry ingredients.
  • Mix gently until just combined (small lumps are OK!).
    👉 Overmixing = flat pancakes

4. Rest the Batter (Secret Step 🔥)

  • Let batter rest for 5–10 minutes
    👉 This makes pancakes extra fluffy!

5. Cook

  • Heat a pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease.
  • Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake.
  • Cook until bubbles form, then flip.
  • Cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.
