
Juicy chicken tossed in a silky garlic butter Alfredo with perfectly cooked linguine—comfort food at its best!
🧾 Ingredients
🍗 Chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts (sliced)
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
🍝 Pasta:
- 250g linguine
🧄 Alfredo Sauce:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
🌿 Garnish:
- Fresh parsley
- Extra Parmesan
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
- Boil salted water
- Cook linguine until al dente
- Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken:
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
- Heat butter + olive oil in a pan
- Cook chicken until golden and fully done
- Remove and set aside
3️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Alfredo:
- In the same pan, melt butter
- Add garlic, cook 1 minute (don’t burn!)
- Pour in cream, simmer gently
- Stir in Parmesan until smooth
- Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
4️⃣ Combine:
- Add cooked pasta to sauce
- Toss well (add pasta water if needed)
- Return chicken to pan and mix
5️⃣ Serve:
- Garnish with parsley & extra Parmesan
- Serve hot and creamy 😍
