This crusty, golden loaf is soft inside, crispy outside, and requires NO kneading at all!
✨ Ingredients:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp instant yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix the Dough:
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, yeast, garlic, and rosemary.
Add warm water and mix until a sticky dough forms (don’t knead!).
2️⃣ Let it Rise:
Cover and let sit at room temperature for 12–18 hours (overnight is perfect).
3️⃣ Shape the Dough:
Turn onto a floured surface, shape into a ball, and let rest 30 minutes.
4️⃣ Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
5️⃣ Bake:
Place dough into the hot pot, cover, and bake:
- 30 minutes covered
- 10–15 minutes uncovered (until golden & crispy)
