- 1β2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1. Roast (optional)
Roast nuts at 350Β°F (180Β°C) for 8β10 minutes for better flavor.
2. Blend
Add nuts to a blender or food processor.
3. Blend in stages
- Crumbly
- Thick paste
- Smooth and creamy π
(Stop and scrape the sides as needed)
4. Adjust texture
Add oil if needed to make it smoother.
5. Add flavor
Mix in salt or sweetener to taste.
