These brownies are perfectly gooey in the center with a crackly top π Donβt lose this recipe!
π Ingredients
- 1 cup (225g) butter, melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Β½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

1. Preheat oven
180Β°C (350Β°F). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix wet ingredients
In a bowl, whisk melted butter + sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
3. Add dry ingredients
Stir in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
4. Add chocolate chips
Fold them in for extra richness π
5. Bake
Pour into pan and bake for 25β30 minutes.
6. Cool & serve
Let cool before cutting into squares.
