
Soft β’ Fluffy β’ Delicious
π Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ΒΎ cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Β½ tsp salt
- Β½ tsp nutmeg (optional)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 eggs
- ΒΎ cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Oil for frying

1. Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
2. Add wet ingredients
Add eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until a soft dough forms.
3. Shape the doughnuts
Roll out the dough (about Β½ inch / 1 cm thick) and cut into doughnut shapes π©
4. Fry
Heat oil over medium heat. Fry each doughnut for 1β2 minutes per side until golden brown.
5. Cool & coat
Let cool slightly, then coat with sugar or dip in glaze.

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2β3 tbsp milk
- Β½ tsp vanilla
Mix until smooth and dip the doughnuts π

- Donβt overmix β keeps them soft & fluffy
- Fry on medium heat (not too hot)
