1. Prep
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour an 8-inch round or square cake pan (or line with parchment).
2. Mix wet ingredients
- In a large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add dry ingredients
- Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt.

- Pour batter into prepared pan.
