  • 500g beef liver (sliced)

  • 1 cup milk (for soaking)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp butter or oil
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

1. Soak the Liver:

  • Place liver in milk for 20–30 minutes

2. Cook the Onions:

  • Heat 1–2 tbsp butter in a pan.
  • Add sliced onions and cook on medium heat.
  • Stir until soft and caramelized (10–15 minutes).
  • Remove and set aside.

3. Prepare the Liver:

  • Remove liver from milk and pat dry.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and spices.
  • Lightly coat in flour.

4. Cook the Liver:

  • In the same pan, add more butter/oil.
  • Cook liver slices for 2–3 minutes per side
