2. Make the Latke Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
3. Fry the Latkes:
- Heat ΒΌ inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Scoop 2β3 tbsp of potato mixture per latke and flatten with a spatula.
- Fry 3β4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
